The story behind our Development Centers
Our two development centers are located within the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere reserve and fall within the Greater Kruger National Park area of South Africa. These centers are where our selected learners gather to acquire all the valuable theoretical knowledge and skill needed to attain various qualifications and soft skills. Both our centers are still in need of much needed renovations and equipment. Your donation will go a long way to help create a study friendly environment that will maximize learning.
Our partner
Field Guide Association of Southern Africa
FGASA recognizes that there is a dire need to train and develop more rural youths to become nature guide trainers and assessors. FGASA has partnered with us and supports our cause to exclusively develop large numbers of rural black youths. Their partnership and endorsement of our training, makes Wildlife Wizards Africa the first and only charitable NPO within the FGASA fraternity.

VOLUNTEER PROJECTS
Volunteer for Conservation Projects
Consider volunteering to join our conservation and wildlife management projects called Save Manyeleti Game Reserve, and contribute towards our development efforts. Manyeleti Game Reserve is our community game reserve, situated in the Greater Kruger National Park, and home to iconic African animals such as lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, African elephants, Cape buffalo, and many more.
Unfortunately, Manyeleti Game Reserve is facing a funding crisis, making it difficult to conserve its fauna and flora and build and maintain basic infrastructure and roads. As a result, Manyeleti receives few visitors due to the lack of basic amenities like road signs, picnic spots, toilets, water, and bird hides.
By participating in our conservation project, you can help save Manyeleti and also uplift our selected rural youth. You will have the opportunity to work among the most iconic African safari animals like African elephants, lions, giraffe, plains zebra, and many others. Additionally, you will get to meet our selected youths, observe their progress, and see firsthand the positive impact of your involvement on their lives.

Raymond Mgiba
I can’t believe how much I have learned already about nature, conservation, and tourism in South Africa. Every class I attend brings me a step closer to employment in the tourism industry. I achieved competence in Geology, Tourism, and Guiding in SA and I have already learned about 269 species of different animals and plants found in the bushveld. I am so grateful to have made it onto WWA’s development program.

I grew up right next to one of South Africa’s pristine Big 5 game reserves. I always dreamt that I would be able to work in this tourist destination but I could never afford a top-rated training course to get qualified as a nature guide. My dream soon started to fade away. But when I got selected for the WWA development program, my dream got resurrected and now I am being empowered to make my dream of getting employed by my neighboring game reserve come true.WWA is truly uplifting poor rural youths like myself and giving us a better chance in life.
